1. Processing time

Orders placed and paid before 4:00 PM Central Time on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day from our facility in Austin, Texas. Orders placed after that time, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Where payment is made by a manually verified method, processing begins only once payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Shipping rates

• Orders over $200: free shipping via 2-Day FedEx Air to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii
• Orders under $200: a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay
• Expedited and overnight options may be available on request. Contact the lab desk for a quote.

3. Delivery times

Standard delivery is two business days from dispatch for most US destinations. Remote addresses, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruption, or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

4. Packaging

All orders ship in discreet, tamper-evident packaging with no external indication of contents. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Where a product requires it, cold-chain packaging with ice packs is used at no extra charge.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within one business day of your order being confirmed, email labs@bulletproofbiolabs.us with your order number.

6. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your cost.

7. Damaged, lost or missing shipments

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and contents before handling further and contact us within [NUMBER] days of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within [NUMBER] days so we can open a carrier investigation.

Vials that arrive damaged are replaced free of charge, including return shipping where a return is required.

8. Storage on arrival

Store lyophilized vials at 2–8 °C on arrival. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated. Storage guidance is provided for laboratory handling purposes only.

9. International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
