Refund Policy

Please read before ordering. Because these are research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our custody, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products. The exceptions below cover damage, error, and analytical discrepancy.

1. When we replace or refund

We will replace the product or issue a full refund, at your choice, in the following cases:

  • Damaged on arrival. A vial arrives broken, cracked, or with a compromised seal.
  • Analytical discrepancy. An independent re-assay contradicts the certificate of analysis shipped with the batch.
  • Wrong item shipped. You receive a product other than the one you ordered.
  • Missing item. An item listed on your packing slip is not in the package.
  • Lost in transit. The carrier confirms the package cannot be located.

In these cases we cover return shipping where a return is required.

Our position on integrity. If an independent laboratory result ever contradicts the COA we supplied, we replace the batch immediately and cover the cost. Integrity is the entire product.

2. What we cannot refund

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or unsealed
  • Products stored outside the conditions stated on the label after delivery
  • Orders where the buyer changed their mind after dispatch
  • Products purchased more than [NUMBER] days ago
  • Bacteriostatic water, syringes, prep pads and other consumable supplies once opened
  • Custom synthesis and bulk orders produced to your specification, unless faulty

3. Time limits

Claims for damage, wrong items, or missing items must be made within [NUMBER] days of delivery. Analytical discrepancy claims must be made within [NUMBER] days of delivery and supported by a report from an accredited laboratory.

4. How to make a claim

Email labs@bulletproofbiolabs.us with your order number and a description of the problem.

Attach photographs of the outer packaging, the vial, and the batch label. For an analytical claim, attach the independent laboratory report.

We review and respond within one business day. If a return is required, we send a prepaid label.

Once approved, a replacement ships the same business day, or a refund is issued to your original payment method.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [NUMBER] business days of approval. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.

Where payment was made by a manually verified method, refunds are returned through the same method to the account the payment originated from.

6. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and the terms above apply instead.

7. Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are refunded in full where the fault is ours. Where a refund is issued for any other reason at our discretion, original shipping charges are not refunded.
